These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Option Defense software (“Software”) and the related online services (“Services”) provided by N.A. Invest GmbH (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
 By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant
Upon purchasing a valid subscription, N.A. Invest GmbH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Option Defense Software on one individual device per license key.
 This license is provided for personal or professional trading use, subject to the restrictions outlined below.

3. License Restrictions
You may not:

  • Share, resell, or transfer your license key to third parties;
  • Install or activate the Software on more than one computer at the same time using a single license key;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software;
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass license validation or hardware verification mechanisms.

If your device is replaced or significantly changed, you may request a license transfer.
 Upon approval, a new license key will be issued and the old one will be automatically deactivated.

4. Subscription, Payment and Renewal
Software access is provided on a subscription basis.
 Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the pricing displayed on our website.
 Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our authorized payment processor.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in your customer portal or by contacting our support team prior to renewal.

5. Hardware Identification (Fingerprinting)
To prevent unauthorized license sharing and ensure compliance, the Software collects a hardware fingerprint consisting of anonymized technical identifiers of your device (e.g., CPU ID, system hash).

  • This data is stored securely on our servers and is used solely for license verification.
  • It does not contain personal information and cannot be used to identify you as an individual.
  • The data is not shared, sold, or used for any marketing purposes.

By activating your license, you consent to this limited data processing as part of the Software’s security and anti-fraud measures.

6. Data Protection and Privacy
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data-protection laws.
Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, process, and protect personal data such as names, email addresses, and payment information.
 By using the Software and Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates and Modifications
The Company may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements to the Software.
 These updates may be installed automatically or require user consent.
 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Software or Services at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, N.A. Invest GmbH shall not be liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • loss of profits, trading losses, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
The Company may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms.
 Upon termination, your right to use the Software shall cease, and your license key will be deactivated.
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Düsseldorf, Germany.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and N.A. Invest GmbH regarding the Software and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
